With an infamous personality and one of the most promising applications, Lem debuted in Free Agents and took his throne as the best rookie debut of the series. In his rookie season, he set the record for most challenge wins in a single season, with 7. With each win, Lem made it clear that he wanted big threats sent in regardless of the repercussions. His ruthless personality and upfront gameplay earned the trust of fellow rookies and he led one of the most loyal alliances in the series to target the winners. After meeting an unlucky demise to the undefeated Damian, his rookie season ended just short of the final. Two seasons later, Lem made his return for Double Agents and played an under-the-radar game this time around. He got himself into a solid alliance which targeted all the newcomers in order to get their tickets to the final. In the final, Lem ended up partnered with James. Together, the powerhouse duo dominated and won their first season together.
Returning for XXX: Rated R as a champion, Lem gravitated toward the OG players and formed a core alliance with fellow champions and finalists. This core alliance won several challenges and made moves together, up until a turning point in the game when another group of players decided to fight back. While a war was happening between other cast members, Lem remained unscathed and placed third after securing his second final in a row. A few seasons later, Lem returned as part of the Champions team for The Ruins. Lem's team dominated nearly every challenge, and he connected with most of his teammates and the other team, making him one of the most securely positioned in the cast. After a dominating performance all season and in the final, the Champions were crowned the winners, making Lem a two-time champion. Following the season, most viewers thought they wouldn't see Lem again. However, he made a surprise return during the spin-off All Stars 2. In the spin-off, Lem was one of the most entertaining players, won the most challenges, and was in a safe spot with most of the cast, making it extremely reminiscent of his debut season. The time away proved to be a refresher which pushed Lem into a new era. After one of his most entertaining seasons, Lem placed second alongside longtime friend Sheena.
